Anyone can write "strategic thinker". You can prove it.
A public page that shows how you performed in one timed MinTraq assessment for your target role and level. Scored the same way for everyone, with a credential anyone can check, and your name on the link.
- ✓ Credential anyone can check
- ✓ You choose what shows
- ✓ No camera, no screen recording
A CV is a claim. A LinkedIn profile is a claim with a photograph.
Every line on both is self-reported. The skills list is something you typed. Endorsements come from people who may never have watched you work. Recruiters know this, so they discount most of it and fall back on gut feel in a 30-minute call.
A Verified public profile adds the one thing those pages can't: evidence produced under the same conditions for everyone, by someone other than you.
One page, two clearly separate layers
Visitors always know what MinTraq stands behind and what you are telling them yourself.
Verified by MinTraq
Earned in a timed, monitored assessment. MinTraq issues it and anyone can confirm it.
- Overall score and band, assessed at your level
- Four section scores, each with a plain explanation for visitors
- The competencies measured inside each section
- How it was earned, issue date and a credential ID
About you
Shared by you, shown as yours. MinTraq does not verify it, and the page says so.
- Headline, summary, location and experience
- Experience and education as a timeline, from your Career Profile
- Skills and certifications
- Portfolio: up to four videos, slides or PDFs that play on the page
From practice to a result you can share
- 1
Prepare with your journey
Complete the practice assessments for a role you are working towards. Practice stays private and never feeds your Verified result.
- 2
Take one Verified Assessment
One timed sitting of about 70 to 85 minutes on a desktop, in fullscreen, with one 10-minute break. Questions are written for you, your role and your level.
- 3
Get your result privately
Every section is scored the same way for everyone. Only you see the result until you decide what to do with it.
- 4
Publish what you choose
Pick what the page shows, publish it to your address and share it. You can change or unpublish it at any time.
Monitored without watching you
The test is built so a result means the same thing for everyone, without cameras or intrusive software. You read and accept the rules before you start.
How we verifyWhat we check
- Fullscreen for the whole test
- Switching tabs or apps
- Copy and paste attempts
- A second screen before the start
- One active session
What we never do
- Use your camera or microphone
- Record your screen
- Record your keystrokes
- Read anything outside the test
The attempt rule. Leaving the test, leaving fullscreen or trying to copy counts as an attempt. We warn you after the first and second. At the third you can still finish and see your score, but that result stays private. If something went wrong, you can ask for one human review.
A page built for the person reading it
Recruiters, hiring managers and clients get the evidence and the context in one place, without signing in.
Section explanations
Hover any section to see, in plain words, what it measures. Written for a recruiter in any country.
Competencies inside
Each section opens to the specific competencies measured, with scores. Only those backed by enough evidence are shown.
Prepared for
Optional. Show the company context your test was prepared for, or leave it out.
How it was earned
The conditions of the test, issue date, validity and a credential ID with a Confirm button.
Portfolio
Up to four items. YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, SlideShare, Google Slides, Canva or a PDF shown as slides, with full screen.
Seven languages
Visitors read the page in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese or Chinese. One link for everyone.
Public only in the way you decide
Choose what shows
Score, company, section scores, date and your About details. Each one is your choice.
Development areas stay private
Your weakest areas are never shown publicly. They stay in your account to practise.
One switch
Turn your profile on or off at any time. Off means the page and badges disappear.
Your own address
mintraq.com/p/your-name, checked as you type. Change it whenever you like; old links keep forwarding.
Your best result, your call
Take another Verified Assessment later and choose which result to show. One is public at a time.
Private until you publish
Nothing appears anywhere until you press publish. Practice results never appear at all.

Badges
A badge for your website or portfolio and a smaller one for your email signature. Both link to your profile.
Anyone can share it
Visitors can pass your profile on through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, email or a copied link, without an account.
Anyone can confirm it in seconds
Every Verified result carries a credential ID and is valid for 12 months. A recruiter can open mintraq.com/verify followed by the ID and see whether it is valid, expired or withdrawn, without seeing any scores you chose to hide.
If you unpublish your profile, the credential shows as withdrawn. It never looks active when it is not.

Going for a promotion
Show readiness for the next level with evidence, not just an impression. Take it again later and show the progress you choose.
Reading someone's profile

Is this a proctored exam?
No camera, microphone or screen recording. The test runs in fullscreen on a desktop and records only events like leaving the window, so the rules are the same for everyone.
How long does it take?
About 70 to 85 minutes of test time, depending on whether your role includes leadership, plus one 10-minute break.
What if I am not happy with my score?
Nothing is public until you publish. You can practise with the analysis and take another Verified Assessment later, then choose which result to show.
Will my employer see it?
Only if you publish it and they open the link. Showing the company your test was prepared for is optional.
How long is a credential valid?
12 months from the date of the assessment. After that it shows as expired.
Can I remove it later?
Yes. Switch your profile off or unpublish the result at any time. The page and badges stop working and the credential shows as withdrawn.
Can I change my profile address?
Yes, as often as you like. Old addresses keep forwarding, so links you already shared still work.
Does my practice score count?
No. Practice helps you prepare and never appears on your profile or changes a Verified result.
Stop describing yourself. Show the evidence.
