Company Intelligence
Every company measures people differently. MinTraq studies how.
A bank and a design studio can both say they value ownership. At one, ownership means you escalate early and document every decision. At the other, it means you make the call and tell people afterwards. MinTraq learns which one your target company means, and your readiness is measured against that, not a generic standard.
What MinTraq does with a company
- 1
Understand
MinTraq learns how the organisation hires, works and leads.
- 2
Interpret
That understanding is read against the role and level you're targeting, so it reflects the expectations that actually apply to you.
- 3
Apply
It becomes part of how MinTraq calibrates your assessment, your scorecard, your learning and your preparation.

Same role, different company

- Working within process, getting sign-off from the right people
- A 200-person software company
- Making a call with incomplete information, and moving fast without losing people
What your learning leans on
- A large regulated bank
- Influencing through formal structures
- A 200-person software company
- Prioritising openly and saying no

Same job title. Different evidence of readiness.
What MinTraq understands about a company
How they hire
How the organisation tends to hire, and what it looks for along the way.
How they work
What it values and rewards, and how its leaders are expected to behave.
Where they're heading
Its priorities, and the direction the business is moving in.
Where they are
Where it operates, how large it is and the industry it sits in.
See it on a real company
Company pages are public. Open one and see what MinTraq understands about that employer.
How we keep it honest
The right company, first
We check identity before anything else, so you get the company you meant and not a parent group or a namesake.
Gaps are flagged, not filled
If something can't be established reliably, MinTraq marks it as missing rather than guessing.
Kept current
Company intelligence is refreshed as new information becomes available.
If your company isn't there yet
Add it. MinTraq starts building its understanding of the company as soon as you do.
Some companies, especially smaller and privately held ones, are less visible than others. When that happens, MinTraq shows what it couldn't establish.
What company intelligence is not
- It isn't insider information.
- It isn't a review site. You won't find one person's opinion of their manager.
- It isn't live. Check anything you plan to quote in a conversation.
Questions people ask
Which companies can I use?+

How current is it?+
It's refreshed regularly as new information becomes available.
Where does it get used?+
It calibrates your assessment, your scorecard, your Skill Builder learning, Mira's interviews and your Prep Kit.
Is this like a company review site?+
