My Career is your personalised space in MinTraq. It holds your career profile, your Career Journeys, your assessments, your development plan and your progress over time.
What is a Career Journey?
A Career Journey is one career objective: a role you want, a promotion you are working toward, or a move you are considering. Everything MinTraq measures and recommends is organised around it. Career Pro keeps up to 2 journeys active and lets you start up to 2 new ones each month; Career Max keeps up to 5 and starts up to 5 new.
How does MinTraq assess readiness?
Through several complementary lenses rather than one test: role and functional knowledge, situational judgement, behaviour, leadership, commercial thinking, derailers and AI readiness. Scoring is deterministic and the result is explained, not just given as a number.
Why do more assessments improve insights?
Each type looks at something different. One tells us how you perform on a dimension; several together show where those dimensions agree, where they conflict, and which gaps are worth your time first.
What is AI Readiness?
Applied AI fluency for your specific role: whether you can check AI output for errors, ask for what you actually need, keep sensitive information safe, and judge which work should go to AI at all.
What are derailers?
Patterns that can undermine otherwise strong performance when pressure rises. Knowing yours is useful precisely because they tend to appear at the moments that matter most.
How are Skill Builders personalised?
They are built from the gaps your assessments actually surfaced, for your role and your target, rather than picked from a catalogue. Related gaps are brought together so you learn what matters most first.
What is Mira?
Mira is your interview rehearsal partner. Mira knows your Career Journey, the role you are targeting, the company and how far your preparation has got, so your practice is built around the opportunity in front of you rather than a generic set of interview questions.
What is a Verified Assessment?
A timed, monitored assessment that produces a result you can publish on your MinTraq profile and LinkedIn. Reassessments are practice; Verified Assessments are the results you show others.
Career Sprint or a subscription?
Career Sprint is one journey, paid once, with 45 days of access once you start. It suits a specific interview with a date attached. A subscription suits development that continues past a single moment. If you upgrade during your Sprint, your full Sprint payment counts toward Career Pro or Career Max.
How does reassessment and progress work?
You measure, you develop, then you measure again. Each assessment can be retaken after 14 days on purpose: a score taken immediately after the first one reflects familiarity with the questions rather than genuine change.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No. Monthly allowances reset each month, even on 3-month and yearly billing. Verified Assessments are released every 3 months from your subscription date. Archiving a journey does not give back its allowance.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices appear in your local currency where our payment partner, Dodo Payments, supports it, and in US dollars elsewhere. The price you see is the price you pay before tax.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes, which Dodo Payments calculates at checkout from your billing location and shows before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time.
What is your refund policy?
Within 7 days of your first payment, if you have not completed a paid assessment or used Mira. A Sprint, within 7 days if you have not started it. A renewal, within 48 hours if nothing from the new period has been used. Refunds remain subject to applicable law and Dodo Payments’ Merchant-of-Record obligations.
What are founding members?
Anyone who subscribes to Career Pro or Career Max within 90 days of launch keeps that exact price for as long as their subscription stays active. Switching plans moves you to the current price of the new plan.
What are Traqs?
One-time extras: an extra journey, an extra Mira rehearsal, an extra Verified Assessment or a Go Deeper pack. They stay on your account and can be used whenever your paid access is active.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
