Readiness Scorecard

What your assessment shows, and what to do with it

The assessment is done. The scorecard turns your choices into a readiness score for the role you're aiming at. It separates what already meets the bar from what doesn't, and puts the gaps in the order that matters.

The score, and what's underneath it

The score is measured against what the role asks at your level, not against other people. Each capability sits under it with its own result and a mark of how strong the evidence is.

Strengths are shown as clearly as gaps, because knowing what to keep leaning on matters too. Something is only called a strength when the evidence supports it.

Confidence: moderate. Reflects how much evidence the result rests on. It is not a comment on you.

Gaps, in the order that matters

Gaps are ranked by how much your target role depends on them, each with the evidence behind it. A gap with only directional evidence is marked as worth checking, never treated as an established weakness.

Culture fit, handled carefully

A separate read on how your choices line up with the target company's working style. It describes alignment, not your personality, and it's withheld when there isn't enough evidence to say anything useful.

The part a one-off report can't do

A single report is easy to produce. Knowing whether anything changed is harder. When you reassess, MinTraq only shows movement when the assessments are comparable enough for the change to mean something.

Finishing a course or an interview counts as activity, not improvement. Only a new measurement shows improvement.

Why you can rely on it

  • Rule-based

Your score is calculated by fixed rules. A language model may help explain the result, but it does not decide the number.

  • Yours

Your results are private to your account. We never share them with employers, recruiters or anyone else.
