Can MinTraq help me prepare for a situational judgement test?

Does MinTraq replace SHL or Hogan for employers?
No. Those are employer assessments with long research histories and large norm groups. MinTraq is built for the person preparing: it measures you against the role you want, then teaches you what it finds.
Does MinTraq include reasoning tests or a personality questionnaire?
No. MinTraq does not run numerical, verbal or logical reasoning tests, or personality questionnaires. It measures behavioural judgement, functional knowledge, leadership, emotional intelligence, Culture Fit and AI Readiness through situations.
