Mira
An interviewer who has done her homework on you
Most practice tools meet you for the first time when the session starts. Mira doesn't. Before she says hello, she knows the company you're aiming at, the role and level, what your assessments showed and where you're still building. The conversation is shaped around that, and so is the review afterwards.
What Mira knows before you begin
- Target
- Senior Product Manager · Spotify
- Your background
- Six years in payments products
- Strength to build on
- Evidence-led decisions
- Where she'll probe
- Influencing senior stakeholders
Illustrative example
Prepared, not scripted
A good interviewer reads your background before you walk in. Mira does the same, then uses it the way a person would: naturally, without reading your CV back to you.
She knows who you are
Your confirmed career history, so she can say "in your current role" and mean it.
She knows where you're going
The company you're targeting, how it hires and what it values, from MinTraq's company intelligence.
She knows what to probe
Questions come from your journey: the strengths worth showing and the gaps your assessments found.
She keeps it human
She acknowledges answers, connects them to earlier ones and pushes politely when an answer is thin. No "great answer!" after everything.
How a session runs
- 01
Arrival
A real greeting, and a sign she knows why you're here.
- 02
Warm-up
An opening question so you can settle in.
- 03
Core
Questions built for this company, role and level.
- 04
Probing
The second question, where prepared answers run out.
- 05
Closing
What was strongest, one thing to sharpen, what happens next.
Everyone rehearses the first answer. Nobody rehearses the second.
You have your stories ready. What you haven't practised is what happens forty seconds later, when someone asks what you'd have done if they'd said no. Mira asks that question.
Mira
You've spent the last few years on payments, so let's start there. Tell me about a launch where the data said one thing and your stakeholders wanted another.
You
A checkout redesign tested flat in two markets, but sales wanted it everywhere before the holidays. I held it back until we had a cleaner test.
Mira · follow-up
That makes sense. What did holding it back cost you with the sales lead, and how did you repair that?
Then you get the full review
Play the conversation back with the transcript in step. Jump to any answer. See what worked and what was missing, question by question. And see how you actually spoke: your pace, your pauses, how long you ran, and the words you lean on.

Um, so a checkout redesign tested flat in two markets, but sales basically wanted it everywhere before the holidays. I held it back until we had a cleaner test.

Readiness
Developing
Strongest
Evidence-led decisions. You named the test and why it mattered.
To sharpen
Close with the result, not the process. Two answers ended before the outcome.
Linked to your journey: Stakeholder Influence in Skill Builder
Illustrative example, not a real candidate's interview.
Why it's more than a speaking coach
A speaking coach can tell you that you said "um" seven times. Mira can tell you that you said it while answering the question your assessment flagged, for the company you're about to meet.
Feedback with context
Every point ties back to your journey: the company, the role and the gaps you're working on.
A next step, not a grade
What to sharpen links straight to the learning for it. No percentage score, and no marks for your accent.
Practice stays practice
Mira sessions don't change your readiness score. Assessments measure; Mira is where you rehearse without consequences.
Your practice stays yours
Sessions are private to your account. You can delete them whenever you like, and they're never used to train AI models.
Talk your way
Speak naturally and let the conversation flow, or tap to speak when you want a moment to think first. No camera needed.
Questions people ask
How long is a session?+
Usually twenty to thirty minutes: six to eight questions plus follow-ups. You can end early, and the review covers whatever you completed.
When can I use Mira?+
Once your assessments show you're ready. Rehearsing before you know your gaps mostly rehearses the gaps. Your plan sets how many sessions you get.
Does Mira change my readiness score?+
No. Your score comes from assessments. Mira is practice, and her feedback points you to what to work on next.
How is this different from practising with a friend?+
A friend won't ask the uncomfortable follow-up, won't know your target company's interview style, and will tell you it was fine. Mira knows your journey and isn't trying to be kind.
Can I delete a session?+
Yes, at any time. Deleting an interview removes everything stored with it.
