Partner Program Agreement
Version October 1, 2026
This agreement sets out how the MinTraq Partner Program works: what you earn, how you are paid, how you may promote MinTraq and how either of us can end the partnership. The summary on the Partner Program page gives the short version; if the two ever differ, this agreement applies.
1. About this agreement
This agreement is between you and MinTraq ("we", "us"). You accept it when you tick the box on the partner application. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept it for that business, and "you" means the business.
MinTraq's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your MinTraq account. Where they conflict with this agreement on anything to do with the Partner Program, this agreement applies.
2. Joining the programme
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- You apply with a MinTraq account. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep your email and country up to date by writing to us.
- We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. We do not have to give reasons.
- Each person or business may hold one partner account.
- Tracking, commission records and payouts are run by Rekomi, our payout partner. To be paid, you create or claim your Rekomi account with the same email as your MinTraq account and accept Rekomi's own terms for payouts.
3. Your partner code and links
- Your partner code forms your link, mintraq.com/r/yourcode. It is fixed once your application is approved.
- Use the links from your partner area, unchanged apart from the optional campaign label. A link that has been altered, shortened into something misleading or hidden behind another page may not be tracked.
- We may decline or change a code that is offensive, misleading, or uses someone else’s name or trade mark.
4. Commission
You earn commission when someone clicks your link and then buys a MinTraq plan, subject to the rules below.
| What the customer buys | Your commission |
|---|---|
| Career Sprint, or a plan billed every 3 months | 30% of the first payment |
| A plan billed yearly | 20% of the first payment |
| Traqs add-on packs | No commission |
- First payment only. Commission applies to a customer's first payment for a plan. Renewals, later payments, upgrades and plan changes do not earn further commission.
- Before tax, after discounts. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, excluding sales tax and VAT and after any discount.
- 60 days, last click wins. A sale counts if the customer bought within 60 days of clicking a partner link. If they clicked links from more than one partner, the most recent click gets the credit. The click is remembered only if the customer accepts cookies on mintraq.com; if they decline, a sale can be credited only when they were already signed in to MinTraq when they clicked.
- Currency. Customers may pay in their local currency. Commission is recorded in that currency and converted to US dollars when paid out.
- Refunds and disputes reverse commission. If a sale is refunded, charged back, disputed or found to be fraudulent, its commission is reversed, including after it has been paid, in which case we may deduct it from a later payout.
- No self-referrals. Purchases made by you, by accounts you control, or by anyone buying on your behalf do not earn commission.
- What decides a sale. Rekomi's records decide which sales are credited to you. Tracking can fail, for example when a customer blocks cookies, switches devices or clears their browser. If you believe a sale was missed, write to us within 30 days of it and we will look into it in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that every sale is tracked.
5. Payouts and tax
- 30-day hold. Commission stays pending for 30 days after the sale, to cover the refund window. It then becomes payable.
- $100 minimum. Payouts are made once your payable balance reaches US$100. A smaller balance carries forward until it does.
- How you are paid. Payouts are sent in US dollars by Rekomi, by bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal depending on your country, in our regular payout runs. You do not need to request them.
- Your payout details. You must complete Rekomi's payout setup, including any identity checks and tax form (for example a W-8BEN outside the US or a W-9 in the US). Until you do, your commission keeps accruing but cannot be paid. We never see or store your bank, PayPal or tax-form details.
- Taxes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your commission. If the law requires us or Rekomi to deduct tax from a payment, we will, and the payment you receive will be reduced accordingly.
- Fees. Any fees your own bank or payment provider charges to receive a payout are yours.
- Mistakes. If we pay you more than you were owed, we may deduct the difference from later payouts or ask you to repay it.
6. How you promote MinTraq
- Always disclose. Make clear that you earn commission, wherever you share a link: for example "#ad", "partner link" or "I earn a commission if you subscribe". Follow the advertising rules where you and your audience are, such as the ASCI guidelines in India and the FTC guides in the US.
- Describe MinTraq accurately, as preparation, assessment and learning, and use our current prices and features.
- Share your link with people you actually reach: your clients, candidates, followers, readers and community.
- Comply with the rules of every platform you post on, and with applicable laws on marketing, email and privacy.
7. What is not allowed
Doing any of the following is a breach of this agreement:
- Promising outcomes. Saying or implying that MinTraq will get someone hired, promoted or a pay rise, or that it guarantees any result.
- Implying endorsement. Suggesting that any employer named on MinTraq endorses, partners with or uses MinTraq, or that we are affiliated with them.
- Brand bidding. Bidding on "MinTraq", "Mira" or close variations and misspellings in search or social ads, or using them in domain names, app names, social handles or ad copy that could be mistaken for us.
- Posing as MinTraq. Presenting yourself as MinTraq staff, support or an official MinTraq account.
- Spam. Sending unsolicited emails or messages, or posting links in bulk on forums, comment sections or groups.
- Coupon and cashback sites. Listing MinTraq on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or advertising discounts we have not given you in writing.
- Paying for sign-ups. Offering cash, rebates, gifts or other rewards to people for clicking your link or buying.
- Fake or forced traffic. Cookie stuffing, hidden frames, pop-unders, automatic redirects, bots, click farms, or any method that credits you for a click the customer did not knowingly make.
- Self-dealing. Buying through your own link, or through accounts you control, to earn commission.
- Harmful content. Placing links on content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, or directed at children.
8. Our brand and materials
- While you are a partner, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the MinTraq name, logos, banners and copy from your partner area, solely to promote MinTraq under this agreement.
- Use them as provided. Do not alter, recolour, stretch, redraw or combine the logo with another mark.
- MinTraq keeps all rights in its name, logos, product and content. You keep the rights in your own content.
- If we ask you to change or remove content that mentions MinTraq, you will do so within 48 hours.
9. Our relationship
- You are an independent partner. Nothing in this agreement makes you our employee, agent, franchisee or joint venturer, and you cannot make promises or enter into agreements on our behalf.
- The partnership is not exclusive. You may promote other products, and we may work with other partners.
- You are responsible for your own costs of promoting MinTraq.
10. Data and privacy
- We never share the names or contact details of the customers you refer. Your partner area shows each sale by date, plan and amount only.
- We use the information in your application and partner account to run the programme, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Rekomi processes your payout and tax details under its own terms and privacy policy.
11. Pausing and ending the partnership
- You can leave at any time by writing to [email protected].
- We can end the partnership at any time with notice by email. If we do so without a breach on your part, commission you have already earned is paid as normal once it becomes payable.
- If we reasonably suspect a breach of this agreement, fraud or abuse, we may pause your partnership while we look into it. Your links do not earn commission while paused.
- If you breach this agreement, we may end the partnership immediately and withhold or reverse commission connected with the breach.
- When the partnership ends, your links stop earning, your licence to use our brand ends, and you must remove MinTraq materials and links from your channels within 14 days. Sections 4 (refunds and disputes), 5, 10, 13 and 14 continue to apply.
12. Changes to the programme
- We may change this agreement, the commission rates or the programme. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you earn or adds obligations, and publish the new version with its date.
- Changes never affect commission already earned on sales made before the change takes effect.
- If you do not agree with a change, you can leave before it takes effect. Continuing in the programme after that means you accept it.
13. Liability
- We do not promise any level of sales or earnings, or that MinTraq, your links or tracking will always be available or error-free.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from this agreement.
- Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.
- You are responsible for, and will cover us against, claims and costs arising from your content or your breach of this agreement or of the law.
- Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. General
- Confidential information we share with you that is not public, such as unreleased features or programme data, must be kept confidential.
- You may not transfer this agreement or your partner account to anyone else. We may transfer it to a successor to our business.
- If any part of this agreement cannot be enforced, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
- This agreement, together with the documents it refers to, is the whole agreement between us about the Partner Program.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
- This agreement is written in English. Any translation we provide is for convenience only; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
- Notices to us go to [email protected]. Notices to you go to the email on your MinTraq account.
